Eligible Items
As long as they are returned within 7 days of arrival in their original packing, with all tags and labels still attached, and in their original condition, all items purchased from our website or physical shop are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Digital products, such as software or e-books
